Neil entered the property business relatively late in life following a multi-decade global career in the Semiconductor industry. Since 2019 he's become a familiar figure in St Andrews' premium property market. Neil developed Latitude55 into the only Tier-1 Airbnb Superhost in the-home-of-golf, achieving a 7-figure annual rental income within three years of startup.

He's also co-founder and Director at Latitude's sister companies 55Rent, 55Developments, and 55Clean, and is a member of Fife Council's Landlord Forum. Neil's focus today is the development of the "55StAndrews" brand through complementary value-add products & services within St Andrews' premium property market
