Following unprecedented growth, we are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team of professionals to help drive the next chapter in our story. 

This is a role with real ownership and progression potential, including responsibility for:

• Tenant-facing operations
• Portfolio compliance & inspections
• Viewings and tenancy management
• Property standards and operational delivery

The role would suit someone who is:

• Highly organised and proactive
• Strong with people and communication
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities

Property / lettings experience is desirable but not essential for the preferred candidate.

Based in St Andrews.

£38,000 – £42,000 starting salary.
